Server Error 0x800CCC90, Error Number 0x900CCC92

There are many reasons for the above error. 

Make sure you are using username@yourdomain.com and not username+yourdomain.com

Try removing the account in your mail client and re-adding. 

If you have an anti-virus program, you may need to adjust its settings to scan on arrival and send only to avoid interruptability. 

How often are you checking email? You may need to extend the period between checks.
