Do you keep backups?

Yes, we keep a 7 days of backups for all of our servers run at 1am server time.  If you need a file restored please open a ticket with support.

*Backups are for our purposes and not guaranteed.  We recommend keeping your own backups in case of emergencies.
** Frequest restoration requests may result in a restoration charge.
